Access session recordings
Logon to SessionCam to see the customer visits that have been recorded.
Segment recordings
Recorded sessions can be segmented in a number of different ways using filters for technical attributes (e.g. browser type), session-related attribute (e.g. referring URL) and content-related attributes (e.g. sessions where specific text has been entered into a field).
Exclude no user interaction
Sessions with no user interaction can be excluded to let you focus on recordings where customers have interacted with your site; this is similar to excluding "bounces" in traditional analytic reporting.
Group by user
Recorded sessions can also be grouped by individual users so you can see all the visits from the same person over any selected time period.
Save report profiles
Once you've created a report with a specific setting of filters it can be saved to your SessionCam user account and you can be quickly re-loaded at any time.
Export data and text
Exports can be created for any report profile using data and text from recorded sessions. Exports can include the values entered into any form field or the value of any text items automatically generated and displayed within a web page.
Create alerts
Alerts can be added to any report profile created. Alerts will fire based on real-time customer activity on your web site and will be sent by email. Each alert will include a link to replay the session that triggered the alert and an export of the session data and any user input data items.
Integrate with Google Analytics and other analytic, CRM and Customer Feedback solutions
The ID of individual session recordings can be integrated into Google Analytics account as a custom value which means it can be included as a dimension within custom reports. This links your traditional web analytic reporting with SessionCam. The same technique can be used to integrate with other 3rd party systems.
